so does anyone have suggestions because I don't want to buy new pants and I definitley am going up a size :-(
I am 5'7" and 130lbs. I'm not sure what my bf is but I never measure it even when I compete, I just go by how I look.
I am in stage 1 and I am doing HIIT 3x a week and steady state 1 day.
Cals of workout days are 2000 and non workout 1800. I have been trying to up the cals but have trouble with reflux so I up the days I can handle it.
