There is no specific food that is good or bad (unless you have certain allergies or intolerances, or metabolic problems)

There are a multitude of factors that contribute to overall health

Even when consuming ultra-high levels of sat fat if in cal deficit we can expect a different result than if we were following a diet that resulted in positive cal balance.
