I know when I was sick (just recovering myself), and when people are sick in general, nutrition suffers. For me, I have been eating less, with a higher percent of calories from carbohydrates. I have also found it hard to consume enough liquid to stay hydrated. I'm sure that when I hit the gym on Tuesday my performance will be sub-par.
So, to make a long story short, how is your nutrition now vs. when sick?
