thanks for the info....it comes and goes...it won't bother me for a while then one day it will. I teach indoor cycling so i get lots of other cross training as well. I've read the threads about the "barefoot" running...quite interesting.
i actually caused the foot strain myself by always being on my tippytoes trying to reach for things on top shelves (i'm pretty short) and being lazy and not getting a stool....lol
