Thank you! I dont like to do back to back workouts but my schedule forced me to. I felt good after I completed the workout - my body is just really sore.
My husband (
jugglecat) helped me with my squat form last night and I read some tips in "Starting Strength". So I have to say I was kind of excited to get to the gym and power through the workout.
I can't say for sure what happened at the gym yesterday that made me so unsure of myself. moment of weakness thank goodness there was no unhealthy food around!!
