1) no reason to avoid fat just because it is fat
2) 3 oz cooked tenderloin = 152 calories, 5.59g fat, 23.9g protein
3 oz cooked top sirloin = 150 calories, 4.28g fat, 26.2g protein
these compare 'select' grade '0" trim fat' specifications
