Todays Workout
Workout B
Deadlifts 3 x 10 @ 70#
Shoulder Press 3 x 10 @20/e
Lat Pull Down 3 x 10 @ 70#
Lunges 3 x 10 @ 15/e
Swiss Ball crunch 3 x 10 @ 25#

I don't think I have ever sweat this much - its gross!

I am feeling dread over my next workout, during this workout today I was thinking, man I can't do this I'm not going to be able to do it again. I need to find a way to keep it together, I don't know where this sudden feeling of doubt has come from...
