the bouncer ran after the kid grabbed him, when my friend let me go the bouncer let him go, not before i was close enough to flag him down, its not like the boucner held him while I swung, that would of been very wrong on my part. He evne came up to me in the bar and said he doesnt like seeing people get sucker punched and thought it was only fair for me to get my hit. All he did was close the distance, and wasnt touching him by the time I got my hit in.

Maybe we have different backgrounds, but I am a "fighter" in every sense of the word. Not that I look for fights, but Ive been involved in combat sports pretty much my whole life and was taught by my father at a very young age that your fists and your pride are the only things you have when you are backed into a corner. I told the kid to walk away, and I turned my back and walked off. I dont care if you dont agree with what I did, because I agree with it. I didnt hit a defenseless person. I hit a coward He struck first. I didnt hit a man when he was down, I didnt turn my back and run after it.
The only reason my friend even held me back was that he never saw me get hit, he thought I was just getting rowdy.

If you dont agree with me, let someone punch you in the face in front of your wife or girlfriend and stand there and do nothing. See how that makes you feel.

Funny how I have to defend myself on the board too. Its very easy for someone who has never in their life gotten either hit or in a fight to ridicule other people for fighting, like we are barbaric or something.
