Yesterday was 'workout b' 3x8. 80# on deadlifts, 25# on overhead presses- still need to work on upping the weights there, but I have powerblocks and the next interval is 30 - which I can do, but only one arm at a time. I might need plate mates or similar.

I also did 20 minutes of intervals, then ran to the car dealer to sit on my butt for FOUR hours while they tried to fix my leaky roof. What joy!
Been trying to up my calories a bit - I use the daily plate (is fitday EVER going to update?!?!) along with manually logging calories burned from my Polar F11 and it's showing me my 'net' calories (seated work activity level + exercise) are running in the 1300 range, definitely too low. (I'm eating 1800ish so no one freak out!

). I'm trying to get calories - exercise in the 1800 range to see if it makes any difference. If I gain, well, that's not the right direction.
