When the head gets better ... yeah.
And so you know, I'm working in a new trainer, so I don't always like to question what he says right away. I hesitate to use the Smith machine on most occasions, simply because I prefer working with free weights. I generally balk at most machines for that simple reason, but he does have me on a few.
Most of the time, I've been using the Oly bar for these bent-over rows but that last time I did use the Smith rack.
Keep in mind, I may be a noob to the forum but not to the gym.

That, however, doesn't mean I don't appreciate the advice.
Because I do.
