You said the bouncer caught him. So, he was in custody already. So...how's he going to run off while you wait for the cops?
Did the bouncer hold him for you while you beat on him? You didn't say the bouncer let the kid go, only that your friend let you go. I mean, if he was getting away from you the first time, how come it is he didn't start running and getting away once the bouncer let him go? That is, if he let him go. You did say it was the bouncer that caught him, not you.
