I am constantly trying to update my skills, I aim to do 24+ CPD points per year, which is twice what REP's requires. This helps to keep my knowladge up to date.

As for further research, as issac says, i have a rolling list of subject areas for further study, i will then just use google, get books from amazon, etc... to look into the subject more deeply.

I also regularly use sites such as PTontheNet.com.
