Chocolate mousse
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup Splenda
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
combine in bowl and mix with electric hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff.
That's all there was to it. It was really good last night, but it was even better left over tonight. So next time I'll try to make it ahead and refridgerate it for a few hours.
