Cutting Phase help needed?
Hi guys,
I am starting a cutting phase soon and was wondering what carbs and protein sources you guys prefer when cutting?
For carbs i was gonna use oats,brown rice plus veg with every meal,and for protein i was gonna use chicken,steak and protein shakes.I would be interrested to know what you good people use.
Also what are your views on fruit while cutting many say dont however would like to have a piece of fruit in the morning at breakfast.
Anyway any advice would be great thanks
