I am in the same boat. I have been doing my workouts but have been nibbling on anything I can find. I purchased Kisses with carmel, heart Reeses, and Jelly Bellies to "decorate" and for my kids (what was I thinking). I swear, everytime I walk by I grab one. I am keeping track, but the last few days while my calories have been fine, my carbs are way too high and I am filling my diet with about 200-400 empty calories.

Best of luck. I know it helps when I keep track and it helps me limit my sweets, even though I need to get rid of it all. I completely agree that if it is not available you won't have an opportunity to cheat. Thanks everyone for your tips!
