25x7.5's (my arms were dying, I decided to move down to 7.5 DB's)

Towel Biceps Curl

Upper-body Russian Twist

3 sets of 12


NOTES: Damn I hate 2x25's. Good workout though.
4th
week of Hypertrophy II down.
