Thanks, guys! I felt really good today (other than the obvious bruised parts LOL).

Don't be too impressed.

I do my WGLPs on my BowFlex and it uses those "power rods" or whatever they're called. I'm sure it's actually lighter/easier than what 100# of real weight plates on a cable machine would be. But, it's what I have so it's what I use and, as long as I'm making progress, I'm happy regardless of the numbers.
I'm 99% positive I keep good form on everything most of the time but, today, I was really wishing I had a video camera so I could have you guys critique me because there's always something that we think we're doing right that turns out to be completely wrong.

For now, I just stalk Lisa the Linkzilla, read every stinkin' thing posted here on form, and watch way too many youtubes about the same.
Hey, we have a webcam and I know I can set it up to record movies (with my son's tech help). It wouldn't be high quality but it would probably do the trick. Hmmm... Now to figure out how to get the webcam to work where my rack and things are....
I'm really nervous about the higher weights without outside verification that I'm keeping good form throughout.
