Question

Was climbing an indoor wall on Dec 6 of last year and had my left hand in a two finger hold. Leaned back on that and something gave way in my wrist - almost like a pull out of place. I shook it out and did the rest of the climb (heck, it was a 5.8 that I was goofing around on), but something didn't seem right.

It was almost like I've dislocated or pulled a tendon. Now it has gotten better, and doesn't bother me much except when I pick up DBs that weigh more than 50 lbs. Or try to do wrist extensions, which I absolutely cannot do anymore. I know these types of strains often take a long time, but I haven't been able to climb now for over 6 months. Any insight would be appreciated.
