Default Dislocated Shoulder

So 2 weeks ago I dislocated by left shoulder doing an incline dumbell press. I've not done any upper body work since, and have done some cardio and then my leg workout. I have been waiting for my Physical Therapy appointment before doing any upper body work, but I don't think I can wait any longer till next Friday without working out. Essentially, I'm looking for suggestions for upper body exercises that I can do until then (obviously without jeopardizing my shoulder) so that I can keep somewhat in shape. Thanks in advance.
