I think my G-men can pull it off. The secondary, which has been our Achilles all year, is finally starting to show up. Ross is an animal playing after dislocating his shoulder. The pass rush wears down offensive lines. We saw it against the Cowboys as they just dominated the second half of that game. If Strahan, Umenyiora, Tuck, and company can get pressure going, it'll make things a lot easier on the secondary. On the offensive side of the ball, Manning has found complete chemistry with Burress. What excites me: Burress: 6'5" Patriot CBs Ellis Hobbes: 5'9" and Asante Samuel: 5'10". The Giants need to exploit that as much as possible and I'm sure they will. Staying with the passing game, Kevin Boss has emerged as another safety net for Manning, Toomer has stepped it up and his leadership should help, and Steve Smith has shown an ability to be the go-to guy when Burress is shut down.

On the rushing side of the playbook, the emergence of a healthy Ahmad Bradshaw could spell trouble for an older Patriot linebacking unit. In Week 17, the Patriot LBs did a good job of forcing the run back inside with Brandon Jacobs. Bradshaw is a quicker back who I believe is a better outside runner. If the Giants can stretch the field with Bradshaw and Jacobs, they could exploit the aging LBs. Obviously, establishing the run leads to openings in the passing game as well.

Feagles is a nasty punter, best in the business when it comes to winning a field position battle: angled punts, pinning inside the 20, etc. Tynes scared the crap out of me last game, but in the friendly confines in Arizona, I expect him to fare better. Hixon has really helped turn the Giants special teams around. McQuarters will still be back receiving punts, despite his 2 fumbles in the NFC Championship game, and is still a decent reliable returner. With the way the Giants have played of late, I think the game should turn out to be a good one.

GO GIANTS!
