Workout A 1-28-08
Bench- 10x3@205 RI 60-75 seconds ......really easy? moving up 10 next time

Deadlift- 10x3@335 movin up 15 next time

Pull ups- 10x3@50lbs assitance used 3 differnt grips during the sets dropping 10 for assistance

BB Curls- 3x10@ 75 up 5 next time

swiss crunch- 2x15 super slow reps


Honestly the best workout I have had since I can remember! Weights felt light! Energy was crazy high all the way through! side note just had some yummy steak, shrimp and steamed veggies cardio in 2 hours!
