I redid the lower body stuff this morning again....lazy ass I didn't need to take time to set up it was there from Friday.

leg extention
12x180
12x200
10x240
10x260

RDL
10x140x4sets

Then I threw in some bicep curls 15 per arm @ 20lbs just for fun
