you can also get a little dehydrated on the first few weeks of a lower carb diet plan.
So I agree:
1) check your food - make sure you are eating enough of everything, including those veggies and your fat and eating often enough
2) make sure you are drinking enough fluids without going overboard the other direction
3) double check your bp throughout the day. If you are improving your metabolism your medication needs might have changed and you might have to reconnect with your MD.
