I've been checking out different tracking software to see if there are any I could live with. After reading all the response in the Food Issues thread I think I need to track more closely. I'm somehow going to have to overcome my aversion to accountability.

I looked at Calorie King which is not bad and pretty cheap. I've also gone back to Physique Transformation which I used several years ago. They've made a lot of improvements to the tool, like dividing the food into discrete meals instead of one long list. I really like the whole grading thing (A, B, C, D, F) but it does tend to make you much more anal because you wind up limiting your food choices to get that higher grade. I think that's what got me so turned off to tracking.

The trial allows you to track for 3 days, then generates a PT plan. I think I may go through the trial and continue looking at other tools before I make a decision.
