Take an aggressive approach to developing your mobility. Get a good, quality foam roller, a tube of tennis balls and start looking up SMR. In fact, do a search on this forum for SMR, foam rolling/roller, "Feel Better for 10 Bucks," "Soft Tissue Work for Tough Guys" and "Ankle Mobility."

That should turn up all you'll need, for now.
