a1) Deads (rack)- 4x6 @ 105
a2) DB OH Press- 4x6 @15\

b1) Pull Ups- 4x6 @ 90 assistance
b2) Lunges- 4x6 @ 15

c1) Pushdowns 4x6 @ 50
c2) Balance in push up postion with feet on swiss ball 2x15 seconds
