4. One Arm Pulldowns - 4x10 w/55 lbs 1 min rests
5. Windshield Wipers - 4x10 w/Legs extended
6. Supine Bridge - 4x90secs 1 min rests
Pretty good workout today, sore from yesterdays squats I guess but a good workout today.
