Help me pick a Diet (or at least point me in the righ direction)
Hello All
I am new here.
I am 6'6 and currently 244 lbs. I play volleyball semi-competitavly. We practice once a week for 2 hours, and then go to tournaments over a few weekends (althought not every weekend)
My goal is to get back to my playing weight. I played volleyball when I was in university and was 6'6 and 201 lbs. I would like to get back to that weight (or close to it) without losing any muscle mass.
I plan to work out 3 times a week, in addition to the 2 hour volleyball practice each week
Can anyone recommend a good starting point for a diet for me?
