Yesterday's workout was Workout A.
Squats, 2x12, 30#
Pushups, 2x12, 45 degree angle
Seated rows, 2x12, 45#
Step Ups, 2x12, 3#
Reverse crunch, 2x10
Plank with feet on swissball, 2x10 sec.
I so did not want to workout. I had a hard day at work and had to stay late. Thanks goodness for the home gym. Food was good. I've decided to cut 100 calories a day from maintenance level. I seem to have plateaued (I guess that's why they call it maintenance!) This drop should be small enough to keep my energy up and hopefully kick a small loss.

If action is taken, terrifying thoughts are revealed to be paper tigers. Confidence soars, miracles unfold and dreamer begins to saunter.
