Deadlift 2 x 15 @ 125 lbs

Step-up 1 x 15 @ 50 lbs
DB 1-arm shoulder press 1 x 15 @ 25 lbs

Step-up 1 x 15 @ 60 lbs
DB 1-arm shoulder press 1 x 15 @ 30 lbs

Close-grip lat pulldown 2 x 15 @ 7
Reverse crunch 2 x 20
