Since today is my workout friday i am going to grade myself
Workouts- Grading criteria is effort, intensity, focus, attendance, gains each is worth 20%
Diet- number of meals on diet out of 35
Workouts- 73% average week lost most piints in focus and intensity
Diet- 85% on diet missed 3 meals and had those 2 cheat meals
Not bad but not where I would like to be
