I would hold off on the online thing for a while. I've been doing it for a while and the money is just not there yet, unless you're a name.
I understand your resistance to doing the gym thing. If I didn't own one I'd be the same way. I would create a niche for yourself in your community doing bootcamps. They are very popular right now, they work (clients will get results and tell everyone they know where they got them), they're fun, they're cheaper for the client and short term so they're easier to sell, and they pay a LOT better per hour so you can just do three groups--9 hours per week at $120 a session ain't bad money.
