Frank is spot on, eh Pete? I agree.

Particularly when someone's been fat or way too lean, a drastic diet with swings and extremes might do more harm than good. A refeed can encourage binging, for instance.

Lose the majority of your fat on a good plan that you can stick with for life. If you get close to done, you can manipulate things for a while, but without healthy eating patterns established, it's a recipe for disaster.
