Before trying radical methods of carb depleation and carb loading.. why not try something easier? a few balanced meals per day, good amounts of fats, lots of veggies, fruit too, variety of protien sources etc.

A cycling diet you will eventually fall off and youll have no foundation to, youll go back too your old ways lots of the time. I like to think about diet as more of a lifestyle then a plan. We wouldn't recomend someone new to weightlifting a complex lifting program until they requite it. I see zero reason to change the thought for diet.

Also, fat burners are most of the time just a whack of stimulants that dont help all that much. I would re-consider that option without a doubt.

Fast diets are all the rage this time of year.
