I was referring to the increasing sensitivity to the symbol of a noose in the black community following the Mississippi incident, and the scattered other events where someone leaves a noose on a black persons door... You would have to have been living in a cave to not know that the symbol of a noose would probably not be a good symbol to put on the cover of a magazine, unless you are a "White Power" magazine.
The comment about lynching Tiger was probably not meant as it was intended, but coupled with the cover of that mag, it is easy to see why some people got up in arms.
