More chest!
Hey guys! Long time no see. Well I'm just checking in, and I also got a question here. Well it's been a long time since I've worked out but I've been slowly getting back into it (I did use to weigh 185lbs, but I lost 10lbs probably 8lbs of that was muscle). Even when I was bulking my chest seemed to be lacking. I'd like to pack on more chest muscle since I know from experience my arms and shoulders respond more quickly than my chest.
Anyone know some good exercises or routines I could do to pack on more chest muscle? I was thinking db bench press and chest flyes (balance it out with rows and rear lateral raises of course).
