Whenever I make tacos my meat has cooled slightly, but when i made these last I spread a layer of sour cream first as a "barrier". A very tasty barrier at that...If you research chupaquesa on the internet you can find some neat uses for this "shell" People shape them into edile bowls for salad. Im thinking it would be a tasty way to make chicken quesadillas.
