Thanks for the response guys. I'll try to post some "wheel" pics when I get a chance haha. I think my overall goals are to stress more leg workouts (because they have been lax lately) as well as gain lean muscle primarily in my deltoids and upper traps which have atrophied more that I care to admit.
There's much much more I want to work on but I'm going to start logging what I do workout-wise and maybe get some input or suggestions
