Good morning, Lords and Ladys! Fasting glucose was 101 this morning! I'm on a roll.
Today was one of those mornings; laid there thinking about ways to justify staying in bed and not working out. I thought of lots of really good sounding reasons. But in the back of my mind was the fact that if I didn't workout today, I wouldn't have anything to post. So I got to the gym late, worked out, was late for work, but hey....I have something to post now!
Started with 10 minutes of mild cardio bike, followed by some flexibility and stretching.
I worked upper body strength today.
Seated Cable Row: 3 sets of 10 x 50 lbs
Bench Press: 2 sets of 10 x 105 lbs, 5 x 105 lbs
Overhead Press: 2 sets of 10 x 40 lbs, 8 x 40 lbs
Upright Cable Row: 3 sets of 10 x 42.5 lbs
hmmm....I may be noticing some slight changes in my body.....
