Yesterday's workout: Stage 1A:

Squats, 2x15, 25#
Pushups, 2x15, 60 degree angle
Seated machine row, 2x15, 45# (up 5#)
Step Up, 1st set left leg 11 and right leg 10, 2nd set right leg 12 and left leg 9
Reverse crunch, 2x8
Balance in plank position on swiss ball, 2x5 sec.

Ok, I should explain the step ups. Last time I use an aerobic step with 4 risers that was just about right. Today the bitches in the aerobics class had all the steps so I was forced to use a regular padded bench that was much higher than I'm ready for. So instead of powering through it with bad form and risk injurying myself I did less reps.

I also decided to bag the jackknifes because I spend more time struggling to stay on the ball than doing the movement. Reverse crunches are plenty difficult. However, I am going to practice doing the plank with my shins on the ball to build up my strength. As you can see I'm pretty weak with it.

Food was really good. I hit my calories and macros and was up .5 lb this morning which is normal for after a workout day.

Dream is implanted into brain.
Dreamer becomes thrilled.
Dreamer becomes terrified.
If no action is taken, terrifying thoughts grow into flesh-eating monsters. Dream is considered unrealistic.
If action is taken, terrifying thoughts are revealed to be paper tigers. Confidence soars, miracles unfold and dreamer begins to saunter.
Either way, nothing remains the same.

My training log.
