Wedding Prep Workouts!!!!!!
If you can tell from the name I am engaged to NorthernWisco (Ray). I only want to loose 10 or so lbs but I really want to shed some fat and gain some muscles.
I have been doing 2 full body weight training sessions a week with 1 Kettle ball circuit/BW exercises. Along with 3 HIIT sessions on the Tred!
I'm starting to get arms!
