Default Wedding Prep Workouts!!!!!!

If you can tell from the name I am engaged to NorthernWisco (Ray). I only want to loose 10 or so lbs but I really want to shed some fat and gain some muscles.

I have been doing 2 full body weight training sessions a week with 1 Kettle ball circuit/BW exercises. Along with 3 HIIT sessions on the Tred!

I'm starting to get arms!

1-16-08

KB Swings x10
Pushups x10
KB Lunge w/rotation x10
KB Swings x10
3 sets

First time doing this! It was hard!

I will try to update on a regular basis
