Just finished my second weights session of the week:

Workout 2 - Weights Desc (Sets) Desc 2 (Reps)

Warm Up
10 x dynamic stretches 3

Weights
A DB Romanian Deadlift to Split Snatch with lunge) 4 10

B1 Push Up with Mountain Climbers 4 10
B2 BB Row to Back Extension Hybrid 4 10
B3 DB Dynamic Lunge with Shouder Press 4 10

C 20 Squat Jumps, 20 Squats, 20 Squat Hold 2 *

Finisher
Tabata 8 *

Cool Down
Stretch


These workouts have me breathing hard constantly sweating from minute 1. They are extremely tough.

Consumed 2100 calories today. This is a little over what the 2000 I was gunning for but its no big deal considering the tough workout I just had.

Overall, an excellent day and workout.
