They're awesome-- I'm in Niger, West Africa and get my protein shipped from them. It's not bad either-- about $50 in shipping for 10lbs of protein via DHL. (Plus, their prices on protein are really cheap-- it's cheaper for me to buy it off them AND have it shipped here, than it is for me to walk into a store in Canada and buy it off the shelf!)
