Sorry that you had to have surgery ... but thank you for sharing your experience!

I had a thermal capsulorrhaphy 6 years ago and was immobilized for 6 weeks (my doc said it was the most lax capsule he'd seen ... I have a nearly 4-finger sulcus on my non-repaired side). It was miserable, but totally necessary. When you see him, he might allow you some PROM or AAROM ... but you'll need to ask specifically what he'll allow.

Please keep us posted on what is happening with it!
