Today was a great day. I went to a Dr. apt and he is taking me off of some of the blood pressure medicine. Some of the side effects are kind of strange so I look forward to stopping popping at least one pill.
I also managed to go and do some errands. I was out and about most of the day and it felt really good. Hopefully, I didn't over do it. Tomorrow I get out walking.
