Got my workout in for the day - it was aerobic day, so I did 49 mins of cardio kickboxing. Avg HR was 135.
Today is one of those days - I'm hungry, feeling a bit run down and kinda grumpy (I was nice and FOREWARNED my DH when he got home, so he knows up front!!

) I even got a decent night's sleep last night! Ah well, hope tomorrow is better!!
