3 Rounds (9 Mins) of Metabolic Overdrive on the Tread Mill
3.8 MPH for 2 mins / 5.5 MPH for 1 min.
3.5 MPH for 3 mins / 6.2 MPH for 1 min.
3.8 MPH for 1 mins / 5.2 MPH for 1 min./6.5 for 1 min.
