The last few weeks I have been doing the first part of the program, it has been good to get almost back into the routine of regular training.
BW Squats 3 x 15-30
Pushups 3 x 2-3 short of max
Recline Row 3 x 2-3 short of max
Lunge 3 x 12e
Hanging Knee Raise 3 x max
Last night I did a circuit of
3 x
BW Squat x 30
Pushups x 20
Recline Row x 10
Lunge x 12e
Mountain Climber x 30
Recline Row x 10
DB Swing x 25
Then did some 45sec rounds of boxing.
