Day 8: Push
1. Squat Jumps - 4x5 w/35lb DBs 2 mins rest
2. Back Squat - 4x10 w/210 lbs 60 secs rest
3. DB Incline Bench Press - 3x10, 1x7 w/50.5 lbs DBs 60 secs rest
4. Push Press - 4x10 w/110 lbs. 60 secs rest
5. Seated Russian Twist - 4x10 w/25 plate 60 secs rest
6. Plank - 4x60 secs. 60 secs rest
Unable to complete the last set of DB press this time but overall I felt good. The push presses were tough also, but managed all the reps.
