thx LD and Bill...I see what you guys mean about "guilty pleasures" I also look a little better, not neccesarily more defined but definitely harder and even though I'm a little flat, Im not puffy like when I eat carbs...Just a little more cranky in between feedings

. Any of you up your meal frequency? I just snacked on 1oz chees,1 cup cauliflowerw/1oz ranch dressing,10 pepperoni slices , 1oz almonds and Im starting to feel hungry after 15 minutes. Normal??
